Prix

Les prix sont indiqués en francs suisses, montants nets, TVA comprise.
Les articles bénéficiant d’une garantie sont soumis aux conditions de l’offre valable lors de l’achat. La garantie prend effet à la date de livraison de l’article, justifiée par le document d’accompagnement (facture) que nous vous demandons de conserver soigneusement. Ne sont pas couverts : les dommages dus à un mauvais entretien, au non respect du mode d’emploi, ou à une usure normale.

Disponibilité

Notre engagement de livraison est nul en cas de défaillance ou non-respect des délais d’approvisionnement de la part de nos propres fournisseurs, et dans la mesure où cette indisponibilité n’est pas imputable à chasseralo co. En cas d’indisponibilité d’un produit, nous vous informerons dans les meilleurs délais.

Modalités de paiement
 
Cartes de crédit (selon la banque du fournisseur, des frais d'environ 1-2% du virement peuvent être facturés).

Envoi et livraison

L’envoi des articles disponibles est effectué par poste dans un délai de 3 à 5 jours environ. Une participation de votre part est demandée une seule fois par commande. A partir de 100 CHF les envois sont gratuits.

Retour ou échange de marchandises

Les articles doivent être renvoyés intacts et complets dans leur emballage d’origine (avec les étiquettes comportant leurs références), accompagnés du bordereau de livraison, dans un délai de 7 jours après réception de votre colis. Les frais de port liés au retour sont à votre charge. Dans le cas d’une commande échange, les frais de port de votre nouvelle commande sont de 8.50chf.

Garantie légales

Vérifiez l’état des marchandises livrées sans attendre pour exclure des vices de matière et de fabrication manifestes, ainsi que des dommages dus au transport. Conformément à la loi, vous êtes obligé de nous signaler tout défaut ou anomalie affectant les marchandises livrées pour nous permettre d’y remédier. Dans le cas d’une garantie, les frais de port de votre échange garantie vous sont offertes.

Protection des données

Toutes les données à caractère personnel seront considérées comme confidentielles. Les informations nécessaires à la gestion de la commande feront l’objet d’un traitement informatique et peuvent être communiquées à des entreprises associées dans le cadre de la gestion de la commande.

Droit applicable et juridique

Le droit applicable est le droit Suisse, et tout litige sera traité par le tribunal d’arrondissement Jura Bernois-Seeland.

Auszeichnungen

Die Preise sind in Schweizer Franken angegeben, Nettobeträge, einschliesslich Mehrwertsteuer und Garantie.
Artikel, die unter eine Garantie fallen, unterliegen den zum Zeitpunkt des Kaufs gültigen Angebotsbedingungen. Die Garantie tritt am Tag der Lieferung des Artikels in Kraft, gerechtfertigt durch das Begleitdokument (Rechnung), das wir Sie bitten, sorgfältig aufzubewahren. Nicht versichert sind: Schäden aufgrund schlechter Wartung, Nichtbeachtung der Gebrauchsanweisung oder normaler Abnutzung.

Verfügbarkeit

Unsere Lieferverpflichtung entfällt bei Nichterfüllung oder Nichteinhaltung von Lieferfristen seitens unserer eigenen Lieferanten, und soweit diese Nichtverfügbarkeit nicht von chasseralo co zu vertreten ist. Im Falle der Nichtverfügbarkeit eines Produktes werden wir Sie so schnell wie möglich informieren.

Kreditkarten (je nach Anbieterbank kann eine Gebühr von etwa 1-2% der Überweisung anfallen)

Lieferung und Transport

Verfügbare Artikel werden innerhalb von etwa 3 bis 5 Tagen per Post verschickt. Versand kosten werden nur einmal pro Bestellung verrechnet. Ab einer Bestellsumme von 100 CHF ist der Versand kostenfrei.

Rückgabe oder Umtausch von Waren

Die Artikel müssen innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach Erhalt des Pakets in ihrer Originalverpackung (mit Etiketten, auf denen ihre Referenzen vermerkt sind) zusammen mit dem Lieferschein vollständig und intakt zurückgegeben werden. Sie sind für die Rückversandkosten verantwortlich. Im Falle einer Umtauschbestellung sind die Versandkosten für Ihre neue Bestellung 8.50chf.

Rechtliche Garantie

Überprüfen Sie den Zustand der gelieferten Ware unverzüglich, um offensichtliche Material- und Herstellungsfehler sowie Transportschäden auszuschließen. Nach dem Gesetz sind Sie verpflichtet, uns alle Mängel oder Fehler an den gelieferten Waren mitzuteilen, damit wir diese beheben können. Im Falle einer Garantie sind die Versandkosten für Ihren Umtausch im Rahmen der Garantie kostenlos.

Datenschutz

Alle persönlichen Daten werden vertraulich behandelt. Die für die Verwaltung der Bestellung erforderlichen Informationen werden einer EDV-Verarbeitung unterzogen und können im Rahmen der Verwaltung der Bestellung an verbundene Unternehmen weitergegeben werden.

Anwendbares Recht und Gerichtsstand

Es wird das Schweizer Recht angewendet und jede Streitigkeit wird vom Bezirksgericht Jura Bernois-Seeland behandelt.

Price

The prices are indicated in Swiss francs, net amounts, including VAT.
Items covered by a warranty are subject to the terms and conditions of the offer valid at the time of purchase. The warranty takes effect on the date of delivery of the article, justified by the accompanying document (invoice) which we ask you to keep carefully. The following are not covered: damage due to poor maintenance, non-observance of the instructions for use, or normal wear and tear.

Availability

Our obligation to deliver is void in the event of failure or non-compliance with supply deadlines on the part of our own suppliers, and insofar as this unavailability is not attributable to chasseralo co. In case of unavailability of a product, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Credit cards (depending on the provider bank, a fee of about 1-2% of the transfer may apply)

Shipping

Available items are sent by post within approximately 3 to 5 days. A participation on your part is requested only once per order. For orders over 100 CHF, shipping is free of charge.

Return or exchange of goods

Items must be returned intact and complete in their original packaging (with labels bearing their references), accompanied by the delivery slip, within 7 days of receipt of your package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. In the case of an exchange order, the shipping costs of your new order are 8.50chf.

Legal warranty

Check the condition of the delivered goods without delay to rule out obvious material and manufacturing defects as well as transport damage. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to notify us of any defects or faults in the delivered goods so that we can rectify them. In the case of a warranty claim, shipping costs for your warranty exchange are free of charge.

Data protection

All personal data will be treated as confidential. The information necessary for the management of the order will be subject to computer processing and may be communicated to associated companies as part of the management of the order.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

The applicable law is Swiss law, and any dispute will be dealt with by the District Court Jura bernois-Seeland.
